自閉癥的感染和免疫因素

一些學者研究了免疫和感染因素在孤獨癥病因中發揮的作用，在感染方面，先天性風疹病毒感染、巨細胞病毒感染被認為可能與孤獨癥發病有關，雙生子研究發現，孤獨癥雙生子的先天性小異常發生率要高于非孤獨癥雙生子，而這些異常一般與先天性感染有關。此外有研究發現在孤獨癥兒童中自身免疫性疾病發生率較高，T淋巴細胞亞群也與正常人群有差別，采用IVIG治療孤獨癥也有成功的個案報道，近年又有報道注射MMR（麻疹、腮腺炎、風疹疫苗）可能與孤獨癥存在相關關系，這些發現均提示孤獨癥與免疫系統異常有關。但是研究結果不一，在孤獨癥病因學中的意義尚不明了。
