最適合孩子的學校才是最好的

　　雖然還是年初，但很多家長已開始備戰長達幾個月的擇?！皯鹨邸?。市政協委員、閘北八中校長劉京海提醒家長，沒有所謂最好的學校，選擇最適合您孩子的學校，才是明智之舉。

　　一味“拔高”不可取

　　劉京海曾調查許多在“名?！苯枳x的學生，他發現，到了升學階段，這些孩子中絕大部分反而不如在原校就讀的同學。原因很簡單——家長忽略了學生在智力、反應水平上的客觀差異，一味將孩子“拔高”，結果，新學校講課節奏快、授課難度大，孩子無從適應，影響了學習興趣和勁頭。劉京海勸告家長，“在一個相對而言競爭不那么激烈的環境中，和一群資質相當的同伴在一起，您的孩子或許能獲得更多的鍛煉機會，何樂而不為？”

　　知識堆砌未必好

　　劉京?？疾炝硕鄠€國家的教育后發現，發達國家的教材普遍比發展中國家容易，考試難度相對也較低。在他看來，唯有“知識＋能力＋人格”才能決定一個人將來的發展。

　　如今，很多家長在網絡論壇上比較誰的孩子練習多，并以“高強度訓練”作為衡量一所好學校的標準。劉京海認為，這種做法不足取。他呼吁，學校之間應避免僅僅在分數上的競爭，各校的辦學特色還可鮮明一些，以吸引家長。
