研究人員發現“雨人”低能天才成因

    新華網北京２月１７日電  美國馬薩諸塞理工學院的研究人員說，缺少一種特定腦蛋白也許能解釋“雨人”現象?！坝耆恕笔侵改切┠芨玫貙W會某些事情、但也會更快忘掉的孤獨癥患者，即自閉兒。

    據美國趣味科學網站報道，孤獨癥患者偶爾表現出非凡才能，比如超凡的機械記憶能力或音樂才能。就像達斯廷·霍夫曼在影片《雨人》中扮演的角色，這類人也許可以被稱作患有自閉癥的低能天才。

    研究表明，與普通老鼠相比，那些缺少用來形成突觸的重要蛋白的轉基因鼠在學習空間記憶方
面實際上完成得更快更好。突觸是大腦細胞溝通的連接?？墒?，測試結束數周后，轉基因鼠和普通老鼠一樣不記得它們曾學會的事情，轉基因鼠在記憶應該會引發恐懼的環境方面也有障礙。

    該研究者之一、馬薩諸塞綜合醫院的神經病科醫生艾伯特·Ｙ·洪說：“對不同類型的學習過程產生的這些截然不同的影響讓人聯想到孤獨癥患者的各種混合特征，他們在某些認知領域也許能力低下，但在其他領域卻表現出卓越才能。這些基因突變鼠在特定領域表現出的非凡學習能力令人聯想到人類中患有自閉癥的低能天才?！?/P>
