培養兒童接受改變的能力要循序漸進，新舊交替進行。如要換老師，上課前幾天，新老師首先一起參與活動，讓兒童先有個認識；還要在新環境中盡量不讓孩子受挫折， 使其嘗試成功和獲得愉快的體驗； 第三要做到對新規范的有序認識，真正明確要求；第四對高功能的兒童應適當培養其思維靈活性，加強變式訓練，如做擴句練習、一詞多句的造句練習；多種解法的應用題練習；一物多用途的敘述練習；變換多種回家、回教室的路途的適應練習等，使其最大限度地改善。
