從無語言到有語言的困難

口語表達教學首先得確定孩子是否有語言能力，分析孩子口腔不會表達的原因，而后采取相應的措施，并記錄孩子的學習情況，如孩子能發那些音，從會發的音開始教學。

王是我的個訓孩子。他的個人情況：注意力不集中，認知，理解力還處在第一階段，有無意義的語言，并且呼叫無反應，目光注視≤5s。家長期望：最好是能出有意義的語言，甚至于有交流能力。

在出有意義語言之前我尋找了孩子不會表達的原因：舌頭太短，上下左右暴動不行，舌頭不能放到上齒。而且經常吃流食。嘴唇功能弱——不能吹氣且肺活量不足。

由于注意力不集中，目光注視短淺，他不會也很難自主模仿我的口形，這對他出語言也有阻礙，所以我現在從理解、認知出發，先增強他的理解力，擴大他的詞匯量。增加他的生活中事物的語言刺激，收效甚微，可能是時間還太短，需要時間。我只是想對家長說：“朋友，您別急！時間是多的，付出是多的，進步是有的，但慢了點。”

不過，在練習孩子吸、吹氣的問題上，我還有些困惑，吸管、吹氣球、吹手心、吹倒積木、吹球、吹雪花片、吹紙片，我都試過了，不過收效無，還有其他辦法嗎？
