　　答：摳手指甲和其他的行為一樣都是自閉癥的行為，這也是一個自我刺激的行為，如果我們忽略的話，這個行為有很大的可能性會減弱，因為這個孩子是一種習我刺激，那么要把孩子的指甲剪得短一些，這樣不會傷到他們。另一個辦法是差別強化，五彩露的老師經常用到的就是差別強化。就是說孩子在摳手指甲的時候不能得到強化，在摳手指甲的時候才能得到強化。我不覺得這個行為很嚴重，如果家長覺得孩子的行為很過分的話可以給孩子戴上手套。我不建議大家去處理這個行為，除非這個行為非常危險。
