唾液可測兒童孤獨癥？

　　據最新《蛋白質組學研究雜志》報道，意大利科學家完成的一項新研究發現，孤獨癥兒童的唾液中含有某些特別的復合物。因此唾液檢測可以診斷出孤獨癥。

　　天主教圣心大學教授馬西姆·卡斯塔格諾拉等研究人員分析了27名自閉癥（泛自閉癥障礙）兒童和23名健康兒童的唾液樣本。研究焦點集中于某些較小蛋白和縮氨酸。結果發現，三分之二的自閉癥患兒至少有一種唾液縮氨酸與健康孩子不同。

　　研究人員表示，唾液縮氨酸分析將有助于識別出有自閉癥傾向的人群?！ㄐ臁〕危?/p>
