–     考慮選擇適合孩子專注學習的環境

–     與家人先取得共識，在生活安排上作出協調

–     由簡單項目開始，漸加深度

–     按孩子現階段的專注長短漸延長訓練時間

–     除特定訓練時間外，善用生活規律中的訓練機會

–     要給予孩子肯定及贊賞，建立其健康的自我形象

–     定期檢討及修訂訓練方式及內容

–     在個人不適或感壓力時，容許自己及孩子休息
