兒童自閉癥與基因變異有關

　　美國科研人員在新一期《分子精神病學》雜志上發表研究報告說，人體內17號染色體上的一個名為CACNA1G的基因發生變異，有可能會增加兒童，特別是男孩患自閉癥的風險。 

　　美國加州大學洛杉磯分校所屬大衛·赫芬醫學院的研究人員發現，在患自閉癥的兒童中，CACNA1G基因變異的現象十分普遍。這種基因的主要功能是幫助體內的鈣在細胞之間移動。 

　　科研人員對1046名來自不同家庭的人進行了調查，被調查者的家庭都至少有兩名以上男孩罹患自閉癥。結果發現，40%的被調查者都出現了CACNA1G基因變異現象，但這種基因變異現象并沒有使女孩患自閉癥。 

　　研究人員并沒有解釋為什么這種基因變異會增加兒童，特別是男孩患自閉癥的風險。一般來說，男孩患自閉癥的風險要比女孩高四倍。 

　　大衛·赫芬醫學院人類基因學教授內爾森認為，從基因角度說，CACNA1G基因變異只是問題的一部分，研究人員仍需要對與自閉癥有關的其他基因進行更深入的研究，然后才能得出明確的答案。(高  原)
