吳興自閉智障兒童康復訓練有了保障

　　湖州在線訊　市交通銀行、嘉業控股有限公司、中味釀造有限公司和上躍龜鱉有限公司，日前向吳興區殘聯進行了定向捐助。其中，3家企業捐助的6萬元善款將定向用于該區孤獨癥、自閉癥兒童的搶救性康復教育訓練，市交通銀行捐助的4臺電腦、1臺復印機、1臺打印機則定向捐助給揚帆康健園。
　　據介紹，揚帆康健園是迄今為止湖城唯一一所從事自閉、智障兒童康復訓練學習的機構，幫助有孤獨癥、自閉癥及特殊需要的兒童獲得科學的教育訓練，盡早發揮潛在智能，爭取生活自理、自立乃至回歸社會；幫助家長了解兒童心理知識，掌握正確的教育訓練方法，讓家長與孩子共同進步的康復機構。

　　據了解，今年7月1日起，我市出臺了首個為自閉兒童補助的政策：具有湖州市戶籍和《中華人民共和國殘疾人證》，并在本市孤獨癥兒童康復訓練機構接受康復教育訓練的14周歲以下孤獨癥兒童。標準為孤獨癥兒童家庭人均年收入在當地低保標準150%以內（含150%）的每人每月補助800元，其他家庭每人每月補助500元。

　　吳興區殘聯有關負責人告訴記者：“有了政府政策的扶持，加上企業家的愛心捐助，雙管齊下幫助，可以保證整個吳興區孤獨癥、自閉癥兒童的搶救性康復教育訓練費用，為這些家庭減輕經濟負擔?！?
