構建自閉癥兒童康復體系

　　自閉癥又稱孤獨癥，是發生于兒童早期的一種廣泛性精神發育障礙。

　　構建完善自閉癥人士康復服務體系，有幾條建議：

　　重視篩查和診斷工作。運用科學的統計方法，開展流行學調查，摸清患者的數量和分布，加強早期篩查和診斷，對疑似病例進行早期治療和干預。

　　加強自閉癥服務行業規范化管理。制定行業準入標準，建立自閉癥服務行業從業標準，嚴格上崗要求，加強技術培訓，提高服務水平。

　　建立專門的自閉癥養護機構，集自閉癥醫療診斷、康復服務、教育以及就業服務于一體。

　　加大對民辦機構的扶持力度。制定扶持社會辦服務機構辦法，鼓勵和出臺扶持民辦服務機構的措施。

　　建立自閉癥人士生活保障服務體系。應從政策制定的層面，整合民政、衛生、教育、殘聯、勞動和社會保障等各相關部門的資源。
