什么原因導致孤獨癥

　　美國羅切斯特大學孤獨癥研究中心的科學家們通過對57位孤獨癥患者進行的研究表明，40%的病人身上攜帶著變異的HOXAI基因。兒童只須從父母任何一方遺傳這種變異基因就會輕易患上孤獨癥。

　　但為何具有這樣變異基因的父母自己卻可能沒有患上孤獨癥，科學家們的解釋是可能其他類型的基因抑制住了這種與孤獨癥有關的變異基因，從而使該病沒能發作。

　　HOXAI是在人類胚胎成長過程中起至關重要作用的一類基因，之所以重要是它能關閉或開啟其他基因。這類基因對腦部的發育尤為重要。

　　美國健康協會稱這一發現對研究和治療孤獨癥具有重大意義。在美國大約有40萬人患有孤獨癥，具體的癥狀表現為社交恐懼、強迫性行為和交流障礙。
