　　我市擬實行“送教上門”

　　重殘孩子可在家免費上課

　　本報訊（記者李曉萌 實習生李赟）無法走進校園的重殘兒童，有望在家圓上學夢。我市擬修訂《武漢市實施〈中華人民共和國殘疾人保障法〉辦法》，通過送教上門、社區教育等方式，讓重度殘疾、孤獨癥、腦癱等孩子在家免費上課。

　　昨日，該《辦法》修訂稿經市政府常務會審議并原則通過，即將提交市人大常務會審議。

　　我市還將建立殘疾人中等職業學校，加強殘疾人職業教育與勞動技能培訓，并逐步實行殘疾人學前教育、普通高中教育和中等職業教育免費制度。

　　《辦法》增加條款，建立健全殘疾兒童康復救助制度，對0-6歲貧困殘疾兒童免費實施醫療康復救助。

　　《辦法》新增了一系列照顧殘疾人的優先政策：殘疾人憑《殘疾人證》，在規定節假日可免費進入市屬非經營性的公共文化、體育、娛樂場所活動，并優先入場；公共交通工具應當逐步配置無障礙設備；逐步實施無障礙設施進困難殘疾人家庭?！　?/p>
