孕期什么情況會增加自閉癥的風險

　　孕期肥胖不僅對孕婦自身有害，而且不利于腹中胎兒健康。美國研究人員日前發表的研究報告顯示，孕期肥胖將增加新生兒患自閉癥的風險，還有可能導致新生兒發育遲緩。

　　加利福尼亞大學戴維斯分校的研究人員以1004對母子為研究對象，被研究兒童的年齡為2歲至5歲，其中172人發育遲緩，517人患自閉癥譜系障礙，這一名稱是依據典型自閉癥的核心特征提出的擴展定義，又稱廣義自閉癥。其余315人發育正常。

　　研究人員分析這些孩子的母親孕期醫療記錄等數據后發現，與孕期體重正常女性相比，孕期肥胖女性的子女患自閉癥的風險比正常水平高67%，發育遲緩的風險高一倍多，而孕期糖尿病患者的子女大腦發育紊亂的風險高出133%。
