殘聯為孤獨癥兒童尋出路

　　昨日上午，在江岸區“0-6歲貧困殘疾兒童搶救性康復工程”展示活動上，4名6歲的孤獨癥兒童表演了一個并不嫻熟的啞鈴操節目，贏得臺下200名觀眾熱烈鼓掌。該區殘聯理事長胡萍說，節目盡管只有2分鐘，孩子們卻苦學了2個月。

　　“0-6歲貧困殘疾兒童搶救性康復工程”對象包括孤獨癥、先天耳聾、盲人、腦癱等殘疾兒童，今年是該工程的最后一年。目前，經過2年多搶救，全市有800多名殘疾兒童得到不同程度康復。

　　胡萍說，明年我市將啟動“七彩夢”行動，延續搶救性康復工程，將受益對象年齡擴大至0-12歲，并在江南和江北建立特殊的輔導學校，專門招收這些兒童入學，解決他們就學難問題。

　　此外，我市正在中心城區街道推進建立“陽光花園”，招收有一定生活自理能力的16-60歲殘疾人，殘疾人不僅可得到日常生活照料、康復訓練和心里輔導，還能通過庇護性勞動，獲得一定補助。
