自閉癥目前還不能完全治愈

　　對于兒童孤獨癥樣障礙，目前沒有特效藥物可以治療，但采用以教育和訓練為主、藥物為輔的辦法會有顯著效果，相當一部分兒童可能因此獲得獨立生活、學習和工作的能力，尤其是阿斯伯格綜合癥患者。

　　據介紹，在教育或訓練過程中有3個原則：①對孩子行為寬容和理解；②異常行為的矯正；③特別能力的發現、培養和轉化。訓練應該以家庭為中心，同時注意充分利用社會資源。父母應積極投入到孩子的教育、訓練和治療活動中去，并和醫生建立長期的咨詢合作關系。

　　對于兒童孤獨癥樣障礙的治療只能通過行為矯治，目前比較有效的方法包括：(1)應用行為分析方法；(2)地板時間方法(類似結構化)；(3)結構化教學法；(4)社交故事法；(5)圖片互換法；(6)關系型發展干預。
