自閉癥兒童自理能力的發展特點

　　自閉癥兒童由于智力發展不平衡、認知功能受到不同程度的損傷，自理能力的干預訓練與智力障礙兒童的干預訓練相似；但自閉癥兒童也有其獨特之處，如行為刻板等，因此應針對他們的特點進行干預訓練。
 
　　自閉癥兒童由于其智力、認知和行為刻板等方面的原因，通常在生活自理方面存在較多的問題，具體表現在以下方面。

　　有些自閉癥兒童不能或者不愿意獨立吃飯；吃飯時常常亂跑；多存在挑食現象，只愛吃某種固定的食物，并且偏食極端頑固。

　　由于精細動作存在問題，許多自閉癥兒童往往是會穿衣服卻不會扣紐扣、系鞋帶；對穿衣服也比較固執，總是穿一件衣服，不管冷暖臟凈，從不肯主動換洗。
 
　?。ㄈ﹤€人衛生無法自理
 
　　有些兒童討厭洗澡、洗頭等梳洗方面的事，有些則是因為不懂如何洗臉刷牙或是不能很好地進行梳洗；在衛生方面則是不會表示要大小便，不知道排泄要去廁所，不在固定的廁所不排泄，還會有一些玩小便的現象。
 
　　針對其干預可以從飲食、穿脫衣、梳洗和如廁四方面著手，在穿脫衣、梳洗和如廁三方面的訓練與智力障礙兒童的訓練大致相同，而在飲食上有其特別之處。
