紐約華人參加“自閉癥發聲健走” 支持患者家庭

　　中國僑網9月16日電據美國《世界日報》報道，當地時間9月15日，“2019紐約市自閉癥發聲健走”活動(2019 New York City Autism Speaks Walk)在曼哈頓下城舉行，參與者們從位于南街(South St。)的17號碼頭開始，健走1英里(約1.6公里)為自閉癥患者發聲，呼吁大眾關懷自閉癥患者?；顒由嫌胁簧偈状螀⒓哟祟惢顒拥娜A裔，以行動鼓勵更多華人家庭站出來，呼吁社會正視自閉癥問題。


　　“自閉癥發聲健走”是每年舉辦的為自閉癥患者籌款的大型活動，范圍遍及全球，旨在改善自閉癥患者、家庭的生活。


　　本次活動有上百名華人參加。很多參加者都表示，雖然自閉癥近幾年逐漸被人接受，但由于文化、語言的關系，講華語的患者家庭普遍會找華人自閉癥相關組織尋求幫助，不過在小區中的資源仍相當有限，因此希望能夠站出來支持活動，讓主流社會也看到華人小區的需求。
