自閉癥兒童聽覺統合訓練的注意事項

　　聽覺統合治療要安排在一個相對安靜、整潔的環境，對自閉癥額認同產生分心物少的房間里進行，有如下事項需要注意：

　　(1)接受聽力訓練前要檢查外耳道，排除外耳道炎癥，若有耵聹要清除干凈，必要時請耳鼻喉科協助。

　　(2)每次治療時間為20分鐘，10天為一療程(也可以中間休息1-2天)，若有發熱或其他急性病需暫停治療。

　　(3)自閉癥兒童兒童如果比較興奮不能靜坐半小時或不配戴耳機，事先應予以相應的訓練和治療。

　　(4)治療前、治療中及治療后，盡可能進行純音聽閾測查，以便根據聽力圖來調節選擇所需過濾的音頻。(如有些自閉癥兒童難以配合做聽力圖的測試，可根據家長反映的情況予以過濾或不過濾)

　　(5)訓練中要引導病人保持安靜，配戴好大小合適的耳機，專心聆聽。

　　(6)每次治療音量按要求逐漸增加，前十次雙耳音量相同，后十次右耳音量高，左耳音最為右耳的70%，最高音量不超過85dB。家長需認真觀察自閉癥兒童有無反應并在次日向治療師報告，必要時進行處理。

　　(7)聽力統合訓練期間自閉癥兒童不宜進行激烈運動和緊張的學習活動，需保證充足的睡眠和營養。
