自閉兒逾半過敏 避免蛋奶麥類

還有另外一個疾病---自閉癥，最近也有新的研究發現。有高達七成以上的自閉癥孩子都會過敏，不能碰蛋奶和麥類。自閉癥的孩子, 有個名字，叫「星星的孩子」。 就像星星一樣, 孤孤單單, 只在自己的世界里發光；他們不太能表達, 無法獨立。作父母的，得付出更大的耐心和關懷。自閉癥是一種神經發展遲緩的疾病, 到現在，醫學界還是無法找出原因, 推論可能是跟基因和環境觸發有關。治療自閉癥, 最好在3歲以前,就要用早療教育來幫助他們；而現在醫學界更發現, 高達七成的自閉兒都會過敏, 尤其對奶、蛋和麥類非常敏感,一旦處在過敏源,就會情緒失控。 因此, 透過飲食療法, 避免過敏源, 加強排毒, 來強化治療效果, 醫師建議采用無蛋奶烘培, 所用的原料, 全是天然有機, 沒有面粉、蛋和奶, 作成糕點, 不要吃糖份, 減少肉類, 盡量吃有機和沒有加工過的食物。這樣的飲食調整,最好在五歲以前, 效果就會越好。
