英利用動畫片治療自閉癥

　　據報道，自閉癥兒童不喜歡人類行為的不可預見性，通常會回避與人接觸，對別人情感的理解力也很有限。英國劍橋大學自閉癥研究中心的西蒙·巴倫-科恩教授及其同事制作了一部題為《運輸汽車》的動畫片。片中講述的是一些玩具汽車的歷險記，透過數碼技術粘貼，這些車都有一張真正的會動的人臉。這部動畫片共15集，每一集專門講述一種情感，如歡樂、害怕或驚訝等。

　　科恩說：“我們決定將玩具汽車和人臉結合起來，創造一種娛樂性的方式幫助他們了解情緒和表情。因為汽車的活動有預見性和重復性，所以自閉癥兒童會被它們吸引，并對它們著迷?！?/P>

　　透過對20名自閉癥兒童的研究表明，在觀看該動畫片一個月后，他們辨認情緒的能力有顯著提高，足以趕上相同年齡段正常發育的兒童。
