孤獨癥孩子有了漂亮媽媽

　　徐霞幫助一個孩子用午餐。

　　12月1日，徐霞指導孩子刷牙。

 

　　2003年，一個偶然的機會，從事幼教工作的徐霞被日照超越培智學校聘為業務校長。從此，她就和患有孤獨癥和腦發育障礙的孩子結下了不解之緣。

　　每天早晨，徐霞和老師們早早地照顧幾位寄宿孩子的衣食起居。平日里，徐霞和孩子同吃、同住、同訓練。大運動、感覺綜合、視覺綜合、聽覺綜合、精細動作、行為矯正(ABA)、語言、生活自理、交往能力，徐霞針對每個孩子的情況分別制定詳細的訓練方案，和老師們采取集體化和個體化的教學模式進行教學，摸索出了一套適合這些特殊孩子的教育方法。5年間，徐霞和老師們成功教育培訓孤獨癥和腦發育障礙孩子200余名，實現了讓入學兒童“自立、自理、回歸主流社會”的愿望。孩子和家長從心里感激這位充滿愛心的漂亮媽媽。

　　有資料顯示，在全國3.8億兒童中，約有40至50萬兒童患有孤獨癥，這些兒童和他們的家庭承受著痛苦和不幸，需要社會的關懷、支持和幫助。
