下周舉辦自閉癥公益咨詢

　　本報訊（記者 李婷）今年4月2日是聯合國確定的首個“世界自閉癥日”。目前全世界共有3500萬人患有這種神經系統疾病，而且每20分鐘就有一個孩子被診斷為自閉癥。3月31日下午，由金閶區殘聯、蘇州市兒童醫院、金閶區培智學校聯合主辦的“世界自閉癥日”公益咨詢活動將在金閶區培智學校內舉行。

　　對于大多數人來說，自閉癥是一個陌生的疾病。據統計，2003年我國自閉癥患兒就有近５０萬，患病率達到萬分之五。蘇州市自閉癥患兒的病例也在逐年增加，并有快速上升之趨勢。目前，金閶區培智學校共有自閉癥患兒11位，年齡由7周歲至16周歲不等，平均年齡為11歲。

　　“舉辦這次活動就是想引起全社會對于自閉癥的關注，同時提高廣大特殊孩子家長對自閉癥患兒治療與訓練的認識?！毙ｉL劉嫣靜說。
