40歲以上孕婦孩子患自閉癥幾率高

　　美國科研人員在8日出版的《孤獨癥研究》網絡版上報告說，他們研究發現，孕婦年齡過大可增加孩子日后患孤獨癥的幾率。

　　美國加利福尼亞大學戴維斯分校的科研人員對1990年至1999年間在加州出生的近500萬孩子進行了相關研究。研究發現，部分出生時母親年齡在40歲或40歲以上的孩子，其日后患孤獨癥的幾率要比出生時母親年齡在25歲至29歲的孩子高50%；而與年齡不到25歲的婦女生下的孩子相比，這一幾率要高77%。研究還發現，父親的年齡與孩子患孤獨癥的幾率沒有太大關系。

　　研究人員指出，導致孩子患孤獨癥的原因很多，他們的研究只是要提示人們，母親年齡偏大只是眾多風險因素之一，而高齡孕婦們不必對此過于擔心。
