自閉癥與環境因素關系密切

　　美國一項最新研究成果顯示，自閉癥不僅與遺傳因素有關，而且可能與環境因素有很大的關系。

　　這項研究是由美國斯坦福大學的研究人員完成的，研究涉及１９２對雙胞胎，其中５４對為同卵雙胞胎，１３８對為異卵雙胞胎。同卵雙胞胎中，約４２．５％的男性雙胞胎及４３％的女性雙胞胎均患有自閉癥；異卵雙胞胎中，約１２．９％的男性雙胞胎及２０％的女性雙胞胎均患有自閉癥。

　　研究報告的主要作者、斯坦福大學精神病學及行為科學副教授約基姆·哈爾邁爾指出，如果自閉癥完全由基因因素造成，那么基因特征完全相同的同卵雙胞胎都會患自閉癥，但實際情況并非如此。

　　研究人員認為，基因和環境都是造成自閉癥的因素，而且后者產生的作用可能更大。所謂環境因素是指生育年齡、懷孕期間受感染和服藥、嬰兒體重過輕等。此前一項研究發現，女性在懷孕期間服抗抑郁藥，其孩子出生后患自閉癥的幾率會提高。

　　這項研究成果刊登在7月４日出版的《普通精神病學文獻》網絡版上。（高原）
