自閉癥患兒在3歲以前會有哪些明顯的表現

　　一般而言，患有自閉癥的兒童在三歲前會出現的基本特征有下列幾個方面：

　　(一)社交發展方面：對外界事物不感興趣，不大察覺別人的存在;與人缺乏目光接觸，未能主動與人交往，分享或參與活動;在群處方面，模仿力較弱，未能掌握社交技巧，缺乏合作性;想象力較弱，極少通過玩具進行象征性的游戲活動。

　　(二)溝通方面：語言發展遲緩和有障礙，說話內容，速度，及音調異常;對語言理解和非語言溝通有不同程度的困難;可能欠缺口語溝通的能力。

　　(三)行為方面：在日常生活中，堅持某些行事方式和程序，拒絕改變習慣和常規，并且不斷重復一些動作;興趣狹窄，會極度專注于某些物件，或對物件的某些部分或某些特定 形狀的物體特別感興趣。
