孩子性格孤僻就是自閉癥嗎

　　初聽到"自閉癥或"孤獨癥的人，往往聯想到性格孤僻或內向，即把它與某類純心理障礙疾病聯系起來，認為這孩子一定是受到某種來自外界環境的刺激而發生障礙。""

　　也曾有人認為是因為他們往往有一個不良的家庭氣氛，如父母性格怪異，或母親忙于工作而使孩子在發育早期（嬰幼兒階段）受到忽視……等等，這類被稱做"心理環境"的因素被研究結果所否認。

　　研究結果表明自閉癥的發生與大腦系統的生理結構異常有關系，只是目前尚無法確定是什么原因導致大腦系統的異常結構。雖然自閉癥并非為純心理方面的障礙，但有心理障礙疾病的人，由于其在感知加工功能方面受到影響，也可能引發自閉癥表現。
