自閉癥會給患兒帶來哪些不便

　　自閉癥的危害首先也最明顯的表現為溝通能力的缺失，自閉癥患者語言發展遲緩和有障礙，說話內容，速度，及音調異常; 對語言理解和非語言溝通有不同程度的困難;甚至欠缺口語溝通的能力。

　　自閉癥的危害還表現為處事行為能力的缺失，在日常生活中，自閉癥患者堅持某些行事方式和程序，拒絕改變習慣和常規，并且不斷重復一些動作;自閉癥兒童興趣狹窄，會極度專著于某些物件，或對物件的某些部分或某些特定形狀的物體特別感興趣。

　　自閉癥的危害還表現在社交能力的缺失，自閉癥患者對外界事物不感興趣，不大察覺別人的存在;他們與人缺乏目光接觸，不能主動與人交往，分享或參與活動;在群處時，模仿力較弱，想象力較弱，極少通過玩具進行象征性的游戲活動，不能掌握社交技巧，缺乏合作性。
