自閉癥患兒在語言方面的異常表現

　　語音方面：有的自閉癥孩子存在構音障礙和聲音障礙

　　構音障礙：說話的時候出現的音素的替代，歪曲，遺漏或者添加的言語異常。

　　聲音障礙：聲音在音質、音調或是音量方面存在問題，例如音調高低分不清，語流不順暢。

　　在語意方面：雖然有的自閉癥孩子已經掌握了不少，可其固定的思維模式，詞匯遷徙很困難。比如他們知道杯子里液體叫水，可不知道從水管里流出來的也叫水。

　　語法方面：自閉癥兒童的最大問題是顛倒句子中的詞語順序，比如，他們經常把“我把杯子打碎了”說成“杯子打碎了我”。

　　語言運用方面：他們能表達自己想要的東西 ，玩具、食物等，可他們不知道怎樣與家長持續的交談，幾乎做不到更高層次的人際交往。舉一個例子，一個孩子被桌子碰到了，他說：去醫院。家長或老師問他：為什么去醫院？自閉癥兒童說：頭痛，疼不疼？
