孩子出生兩個月還不會笑是自閉癥嗎

　　自閉癥又稱孤獨癥，被歸類為一種由于神經系統失調導致的發育障礙，是一種常見的兒童心理障礙疾病，主要表現為社會交往、語言交流障礙和刻板的行為舉止。

　　專業人士表示，如果孩子在成長過程中表現出以下特征，家長就要當心：出生2個月還不會笑，對周圍事物反應差；16個月大時不能說出一個字；一周歲仍不會發出咿呀聲，也不做任何交流性手勢；兩周歲不能說兩個字的詞語；即使會說話，但缺乏語言技巧；對外界事物不感興趣；與人缺乏目光接觸，不主動與人交往；模仿力較弱；想象力較弱；興趣狹窄，會極度專著于某些物件等。

　　兒童醫院心理專家梅其霞教授表示，0到6歲是自閉癥兒童的最佳干預期，如果家長能夠早發現、早干預，自閉癥兒童的功能恢復會達到理想的效果。而臨床上治療和康復訓練的黃金時間非常短暫，如果目標和路徑不正確，對于孩子來說就是不可逆轉的。
