自閉癥患者或為信息技術專家

　　德國最大的軟件企業SAP公司日前宣布，未來7年內計劃招收數百名自閉癥患者，旨在將他們培養成高科技信息技術專家。該公司解釋說，由于自閉癥患者“與其他人思維不同”，自閉癥患者更有可能超過平均智商，并且擁有公司希望挖掘的“某些技能”。

　　據英國《每日郵報》21日報道，SAP公司當天在其位于德國西南部沃爾多夫的總部宣布，目前它在全球的雇員超過6.5萬人，它的目標是到2020年為止，1%的雇員是自閉癥患者。

　　據 悉，自閉癥患者表現出不同的癥狀：一些人盡管沒有語言和智力障礙，但卻無法與其他人溝通；另一些人可能擁有很好甚至優秀的語言技能，卻難以把握社會行為規 范。此外，自閉癥還有很強的遺傳基礎。從全球范圍來看，在信息技術產業工作的自閉癥患者高于正常比例。研究發現，自閉癥患者具有更強的能力去處理信息和記 住數據，這可能解釋了為何軟件企業青睞于他們。
