嬰兒自閉癥基因將可檢測

　　據澳大利亞新快網8月8日報道，在澳大利亞阿德萊德舉行的亞太自閉癥研究會議上，學者將揭示嬰兒自身存在的自閉癥基因，據稱，12個月大的嬰兒可以被測試出是否含有該基因。這也是世界上第一次自閉癥基因檢測。
 
　　加利福尼亞大學教授庫爾謝尼說，僅僅需要一個簡單的血液檢測，即可得出是否嬰兒包含自閉癥基因結論。這樣的血液檢測，可以在未來1到2年內研制成功。
 
　　他說，研究改變了我們對于治療方法和有效性的理解，“早發現就可以早治療，希望以后的結果更好”。
 
　　他說，很多自閉癥顯示出的基因網絡首次被識別。“在孕期的第4至6個月，它們破壞腦細胞的形成，結成網絡。”
 
　　“我們還發現了四種基因網絡，可以被作為識別12月大以上嬰兒是否患有自閉癥的證據。”
 
　　該教授稱，他們的團隊一共在這個研究項目上花了六年時間。他們一共檢查和分析了超過600多個孩子的大腦。
