中歐心智障礙家長論壇開幕

　　11月23日至24日，“絲綢之路——中歐心智障礙家長論壇暨第五屆身心障礙人士家長論壇”在第四軍醫大學西京醫院消化病院學術報告廳順利開幕。

　　活動現場，共有400多名來自西北各省的家庭代表、機構代表，圍繞心智障礙兒童的融合教育問題而展開深刻的分享、交流。拉拉手特教中心的老師也帶著孩子們表演了節目，這些“星星的孩子”努力演出的樣子讓臺下的觀眾十分感動。論壇期間，所有人都帶上了代表著絲綢之路的絲巾。

　　迄今為止，論壇共為2000多個家庭和相關工作人員提供了服務和交流的平臺，極大地促進了特殊教育的發展。

　　論壇期間，陜西傳媒網記者就心智障礙兒童的教育問題采訪到了中國精神殘疾人協會主席溫洪。
