網報：微軟啟動試點項目 在總部雇傭自閉癥患者

　　網易科技訊 4月7日消息。國外媒體報道稱，在4月2日的世界自閉癥日上，微軟宣布正式啟動全新的關懷試點工程，已經同自閉癥關護組織Specialisterne開展合作，希望為自閉癥人士提供更多合適的工作崗位，計劃在微軟總部雷德蒙德（Redmond）招聘全職的自閉癥患者
 
 
　　微軟的執行副總裁Mary Ellen Smit表示，“長久以來，微軟招募‘非健全人士’的計劃收效顯著，拓展多元化的工作崗位和勞動力讓微軟變得更加強大。世界上每一個個體都是獨特不凡的，總有些人具備令人驚奇的能力，例如編程或者計算。這就像是一個人才庫，源源不斷的向微軟輸送能量，自閉癥患者亦然。”
 
　　除了微軟，其他的一些科技企業同樣也承認，許多自閉癥員工往往在某方面擁有過人的天賦。早在2013年，著名企業軟件公司SAP便宣布了同Specialisterne展開的自閉癥員工招募計劃。
