家長要關注嬰幼兒孤獨

　　嬰幼兒孤獨是一種精神綜合癥，發病于出生后至兩歲半期間，患孤獨的幼兒對周圍環境和人不感興趣，對各種刺激缺少反應，表現出一種同齡孩子所難以想象的深沉思索。這種病情只有到幼兒學說話失敗、語言能力發展遲緩、語法混亂時，或到兩歲后對外界刺激仍無適當反應時，才能被發現。病兒往往不愿與別人交流，躲在自我的軀殼中，沉湎于想象，他會把想象中的朋友當成自己的朋友一樣，一起吃飯、玩樂、交談，這是患兒避免孤獨的特殊方式。孤獨使其與外界斷絕了聯系，易導致自我退縮，如果任其發展，將會使幼兒形成獨來獨往的性格和生活方式。因而家長應悉心照顧患孤獨的幼兒，應盡量與他多待在一起，表現出關注和愛護，鼓勵幼兒多與人交流，為他多創造與同齡朋友玩耍的機會，逐步改善幼兒孤獨的心態和處境。
