男性40歲后當父親 孩子患孤獨癥概率非常大

　　美國研究人員9月4日指出，男性年過40才當父親，孩子患孤獨癥的概率幾乎是年齡在30歲以下父親的6倍。研究人員稱，這是第一次有確鑿證據，表明大齡父親與孩子精神問題之間存在某種聯系?！　?/P>

　　這項研究結果發表在美國醫學會9月號《綜合精神病學檔案》雜志上。工作人員通過研究分析13萬名20世紀80年代出生的少年，發現父親年齡超過40歲，所生孩子患孤獨癥的概率約是30歲以下父親所生小孩患病概率的5.75倍；約是30歲至39歲父親所生小孩患病概率的1.6倍。

　　研究人員說:“這項研究表明，男性同女性一樣，在繁殖后代時體內存在生物鐘。因為年過50歲的父親人數有限，我們把研究對象鎖定在40歲以上男性。研究顯示，年紀‘非常大’的父親生出患孤獨癥孩子的概率約是年輕父親的9倍?！钡?，這項研究沒有發現大齡母親與孩子患孤獨癥概率之間有關聯?！顣詫?新華社專稿)
