幼兒早期語言障礙的表現

　　正常的2歲以上的孩子已經能通過簡單的詞匯來表達自己的意思，與父母及與其親近的人等進行溝通交流了。而患有語言障礙的小兒，因為不能憑借語言來進行表達、溝通，則不能進入托兒所、幼兒園等集體的幼托機構成易被錯誤地當作智力落后的小兒。語言行為極為復雜，有語言障礙的小兒被家長注意時，往往比較晚了，矯治需要花費較長的時間。因此，早期發現語言障礙對小兒的健康成長及治療有著重要的意義。

　　家長如果發現小兒在幼兒期存在下列情況，應及早帶小兒去醫院咨詢：

　　★年齡已大于1歲，還只能發元音。

　　★超過1歲半，小兒發音還不正確，在大多數話中有音節區分不清的。

　　★超過2歲半還不會講話。

　　★超過3歲，說話還不能連成句子。

　　★超階級過5歲，還把難發音換成易發音，還有不少造句錯誤，語言還不流利，語言的節奏、速度和抑揚都表現得異常。

　　★患兒說話吃力，感到為難，并能自我意到。
