即時播報本市自閉癥兒童年享三千元康復補助

　　記者肖波報道  從今年開始，本市戶籍0－7歲（包括7歲）的自閉癥患兒每年可獲得3000元康復補貼。這是今年的市政府實事項目。

　　本市自閉癥兒童經市精神衛生中心評估確有康復需求，可以到市殘疾人康復工作辦公室約定的專業康復機構進行康復訓練。補貼經費每年的6月和12月上旬各報銷一次，由自閉癥兒童監護人憑“陽光寶寶卡”和訓練機構出具的發票到戶籍所在街道（鎮）殘聯報銷。

　　殘疾兒童若錯過最佳康復期，容易成為家庭和社會的沉重負擔。美國一項調查顯示，在殘疾兒童早期康復上投入1美元，社會負擔就刻意減少9美元。市精神衛生中心兒少科醫師劉漪表示，7歲以前對自閉癥患兒進行治療和康復訓練效果最好。
