人大代表建議政府應該為自閉癥兒童康復買單

　　半島晨報消息 有20%的自閉癥兒童家長因為昂貴的學習費用而對康復課程望而卻步。昨天，人大代表翟云龍建議，將自閉癥兒童的康復事業列入政府議事日程。
 
　　調查發現，大連目前有自閉癥兒童2000人左右，這些自閉癥兒童的早期教育需要支付高額的費用，每位學生每月的學費和生活費在1500元左右，這對于單親或父母有疾病的困難家庭來說，很難承擔。

　　翟云龍建議，將自閉癥兒童康復事業列入政府議事日程，康復期間的學費和生活費由政府、慈善機構和兒童家長三方面來合理分擔，共同解決。讓自閉癥兒童全部得到系統訓練，以減輕他們成年后對社會形成的壓力。

　　政府應加大對自閉癥兒童康復機構的投入，采取有力措施，穩定兒童自閉癥康復人員專業隊伍，防止從業人員流失。
