家居生活訓練的推行及注意

"         訓練事前準備：

–     抱正面態度看待自己及子女

–     評估孩子各方面發展需要

–     訓練宜先選擇孩子感興趣及有潛力的項目進行

–     設定訓練目標及訓練時段、選取訓練的方式及內容

–     評估運用孩子精神較充足的時間進行訓練

–     考慮選擇適合孩子專注學習的環境

–     與家人先取得共識，在生活安排上作出協調

"         訓練推行注意：

–     由簡單項目開始，漸加深度

–     按孩子現階段的專注長短漸延長訓練時間

–     除特定訓練時間外，善用生活規律中的訓練機會

–     要給予孩子肯定及贊賞，建立其健康的自我形象

–     定期檢討及修訂訓練方式及內容

–     在個人不適或感壓力時，容許自己及孩子休息
