孩子是假性自閉癥嗎？

    問：到現在孩子已經快三周歲了，還不會說話，有時候好象是在叫爸爸媽媽，不過你讓他叫的時候他不會叫，還有的問題行為就是，他特別的多動，每天他都不會閑下來，總是跑，上高，還有他七八個月的時候，他還懂和他逗他會笑，還知道和別人要東西吃，一周多的時候還會學小狗叫，還會捉迷藏呢，？到了二周多就不愛理人了，他9個月的時候就跟他奶奶了，是不是老人愛靜，又特愛干凈，后天造成的呢？請問大夫，我在別的網址上看到過有一種叫做假性自閉癥，這樣的自閉癥是因為后天造成的，這樣的自閉癥要容易治，是嗎？有假性自閉癥這種說法嗎？

    答：您的孩子語言能力與正常兒童相比差別很大.不管孩子是不是自閉癥,都有必要帶孩子前往醫院就診.
    2.自閉癥兒童有相當一部分都存在語言停滯或倒退的現象.
    3.自閉癥與后天環境可能有關,但這是一種先天的疾病.也就是說與后天的撫養沒有絕對的關系.后天的不正確撫養能使這種病癥加劇.
    4.希望家長千萬不要抱有任何幻想.相信科學,盡快帶孩子去醫院就診,以便及時治療.
