仙女遺忘的孩子 政府不能遺忘

　　一家致力于為“自閉癥”兒童提供教育培訓的機構，自2003年開辦以來，一直未能得到有關管理部門的注冊認可，事業難以展開。（3月17日《長江日報》）

　　自閉癥，很多人還很陌生。但的確有這樣一些孩子，如果不能得到及時救助，他們雖然活在這個世界，卻對周圍沒有感覺。

他們的父母，或許根本無法工作，需要全心去照料他們。因此，社會不能因為對這個詞語陌生，不能因為這個群體數量較少，而自覺地將他們遺忘。

　　成立特殊兒童教育中心，應該說是對社會對自閉癥兒童關愛不足的及時補救。但結果呢？教育局不認為他們屬于特教，殘聯不認為他們屬于殘疾人，民政部門因為沒有主管部門不予注冊?？雌饋碚照滦惺?，實則是被教條框住了腦袋，愚頑不化。

　　政府部門提供公共服務，一定要囿于即有的條條框框嗎？出現了新問題、新情況，不去想辦法突破條框，而是以沒有定規為由一推了之，我看就是典型的懶政。

　　自閉癥兒童，沒有歸類到特殊兒童，也沒有歸類到殘疾人，但至少他們也是人吧，而且是急需關愛的人?！跋膳z忘在人間的孩子”，人間不能不拿他們當回事，否則這個人間就太無情了。
