以琳方靜老師對愛好老師的培訓以及與上海家長的交流會圓滿結束

　　4月30日，青島以琳的方靜老師和張春華老師應邀到上海愛好指導工作。下午在愛好聽老師上課，了解愛好目前的各方面情況 。

　　5月1日上午，方老師和張老師根據愛好的目前情況，就教學上存在的問題與愛好的老師們進行了比較詳細的探討，提出了許多寶貴的意見。下午，兩位老師又現場聽了愛好老師的個訓課，對個訓課上愛好老師的表現給予了較高的評價，并就個訓課上存在的問題給出了比較客觀的建議，讓愛好的老師受益不少.

　　5月2日上午,方老師和張老師就《桌面教學》、《聽覺訓練》和《智力》這三方面對愛好的老師做了非常系統的講解。下午兩位老師又從《如何教孩子學習句型》和《如何教星兒認識顏色》這兩方面做了詳細的敘述。

　　5月3日上午，方老師和張老師又給愛好的老師詳細講解了《想法解讀》和《評估》，并就她們在多年的教學中的經驗，舉出了大量的教學事例，讓愛好的老師門眼界大開。

　　3日下午，方老師和張老師在愛好的會議室與上海的家長們進行了面對面的交流，首先是張老師給家長們講解《開始做起來》，然后是方老師講解《玩伴教育》，最后是方老師與家長面對面的探討孩子的問題，幫助家長解決在孩子的教育訓練以及生活方面問題。最后許多家長都表示希望方老師能經常來上海，把她多年的辦學經驗和教育經驗帶到上海
