問題：哪些類似的自閉癥行為在小孩身上出現可能是不用擔心的？

回答：我不怎么喜歡這個問題，因為它可能導致錯誤的保證和大家可能會忽略本來應該去詢問的一些癥狀。其中一個問題就是往往早期的一些癥狀和治療方法都會給忽略一段時間后才最終被診斷出來。

家長們應該和他們的兒科醫生或其他的專業精神病醫生或心理醫生討論，如果他們發現了：獨特的語言發展，而不只是幼兒在學習過程中會學到的一些有趣的語法，但是像持續逆向用代名詞或死記硬背的說話方式或失去語言能力--在學會一些字詞以后就失去了他們已經學會的；還有像沒有眼神的交流，表情不是非常坦率，對其他人沒有反應。
