研究：基因異常將引發孤獨癥？

　　【中國孤獨癥資源網報道】孤獨癥除了是因外界因素刺激影響所致外，還可能是基因異常引起。記者昨日從廣醫三院獲悉，最新研究發現某些基因位點的缺失或重復會導致孤獨癥。

　　據廣醫三院婦產科研究室孫筱放教授介紹，以前大家都認為患孤獨癥的孩子一定是后天受到外界影響，例如家庭氣氛不和、父母忙于工作而忽視孩子等等。但研究卻發現，孤獨癥的遺傳病因高達90%。由于找到的位點有限，而且關鍵的致病位點仍未找到，因此目前只能解釋約10%的孤獨癥病因。
