自閉癥患兒聽不懂反話

　　日本一個研究小組近日的一項實驗顯示，自閉癥患者在判斷交際對象態度是否友好時，更重視談話內容，而正常人在交際時更注重對方的表情、聲音等外在信息。進一步研究這些新發現將有助于對自閉癥的診斷和治療。

　　研究人員讓15名沒有智力障礙的成年男性自閉癥患者觀看不同畫面，畫面中的男演員分別以燦爛笑臉說出“太糟糕了”等否定性詞匯，用厭惡的表情和聲調說“太棒了”等肯定性詞匯。隨后詢問這些患者，覺得男演員態度是友好還是不友好。結果發現，相對于表情和聲音，這些自閉癥患者更傾向于根據交際對象的詞匯內容來判斷對方是否友好。
