自閉癥和弱智有什么區別

　　患了自閉癥的孩子通常都不喜歡與人交流，有部分孩子的智力發育正常，但也有部分孩子智力發育偏低或超常。一般的自閉癥兒童，學習起來有困難，跟人交往也有障礙，讓很多人把自閉癥和弱智混淆了。

　　一、弱智兒童通常是在各個方面的發育發展均比一般人遲緩，但發展的次序則基本保持正常。弱智兒童的智商有可測性，他們在感知、社會交往、興趣及語言等各方面的發展與其智商成正比。

　　二、自閉癥兒童雖然伴有全面性發育遲緩現象，但發育次序異常，且各方面發育不平衡。如：有的兒童大小便完全不能自理，卻能有很強的計算、繪畫能力;有的兒童完全沒有或只有極少的語言，卻在記憶力方面、識別顏色方面表現突出。自閉癥兒童由于社會性極弱，在人際交往的能力和主動性方面遠遠低于弱智兒童，目前尚沒有能準確測量自閉癥兒童智商的工具。
