孩子漠不關心有可能是自閉癥

　　自閉癥又稱孤獨癥，以人際交往障礙、言語溝通異常、興趣局限和行為刻板為特征，多伴有不同程度的精神發育遲滯。

　　有的患兒從小就不喜歡要大人抱，不主動找別的小朋友玩，即缺乏社會交往技巧，他們的孤獨還表現在對周圍的事情視而不見，自己愿意怎樣做就怎樣做，生活在自己的小天地里，目光也不注視對方甚至回避對方目光，很少表現微笑。

　　大多數患兒的智力發育比同齡兒遲鈍，只有20%~25%的患兒智力正?；蚪咏?，但他們又在智力活動的某一方面出奇的好，有不少患兒的機械記憶能力很強，尤其是對文字符號的記憶能力。有些患兒特別喜歡認字，見字就主動問念什么，并且只問一次就能記住，可毫不費力地閱讀兒童故事書。但當他要用詞匯來表達自己的意思時則存在明顯的困難，說明他們存在理解語言和運用語言能力方面的損害。
