青島：加強自閉癥兒童康復和扶助

　　青島多幫幫助殘公益服務中心主任焦玲代表說，近年來，自閉癥兒童呈現出急劇增長的態勢，而且因語言和交流障礙無法融入社會工作和生活。目前，我市越來越重視自閉癥兒童康復教育和扶助，但也存在自閉癥訓練機構數量少、師資嚴重匱乏和自閉癥兒童隨班就讀難等亟待解決的問題。

　　建議針對自閉癥群體，制定長遠工作規劃，以政策或制度的形式統攬全局，指導全市自閉癥康復和幫扶工作，提高自閉癥兒童幫扶標準，延長幫扶年限，降低他們家庭的經濟負擔。建議加強隨班就讀自閉癥師資的業務培訓和指導，使普通中小學教師能夠妥善科學地對班級中的輕度自閉癥學生進行施教，為自閉癥學生創設好的學習環境。建議明確自閉癥培訓機構業務主管部門，鼓勵社會或企業贊助支持自閉癥事業，營造幫助自閉癥兒童的良好氛圍。
