周三課堂之媽媽們的減壓瑜伽

           瑞曼中心每周三下午15:00-16:30都會在中心的三樓活動室開展減壓瑜伽課，在志愿者白娜（瑜伽老師）帶領下我們的家長積極參與到本次瑜伽課堂中來。

           我們組織這樣的瑜伽課程是為了幫助媽媽們緩解壓力，獲得一個美好的心情。瑜伽可以改善人們生理、心理、情感和精神方面的能力，是一種達到身體、心靈與精神和諧統一的運動方式。這樣的運動方式可以給媽媽們減壓養心，釋放身心，全身舒暢，心緒平靜，冷靜思考,達到修心養性的目的。

           我們要為媽媽們樹立良好的心態，積極的配合學生的課程，幫助孩子一起成長，在孩子的成長道路上給予信心，給予鼓勵。
